WORK PROCESS

The product features intelligent control, with sensors detecting when the blocks have reached the designated position. Upon detection, the finished product conveyor pauses. The horizontal packaging machine then automatically bands and packs the blocks according to the programmed settings. Once the process is complete, the finished product conveyor resumes, the banded blocks are moved out of the packaging area, and the unbanded blocks enter the packaging position to continue the banding and packaging. The entire process is controlled intelligently without the need for manual operation.
