This equipment is a fully automatic aluminum powder feeding device, model number: Aluminum Powder Machine AL-1. It is capable of operating unattended 24/7, automatically dropping the material and accurately weighing it, and then adding the evenly mixed aluminum powder to the mixing tank, significantly increasing work efficiency It can add accurately measured aluminum powder according to the actual production needs of the customer, with the error in aluminum powder addition controlled within 5 grams.

WORK PROCESS

First, aluminum powder is poured into the upper mixing tank, where internal blades rotate to scrape the aluminum powder from the top into the weighing tank at the bottom. The weighing tankan collates the weight of the aluminum powder inside through a weighing sensor. Once the weight of the aluminum powder in the weighing tank reaches a certain level, the motor of the top mixing tank stops rotating. Upon receiving the discharge signal, the rotating blades inside the weighing tank start to rotate, pushing the aluminum powder to the discharge port for falling. After precise control of the falling weight by the PLC, the falling material pneumatic cylinder lowers a baffle to block the discharge port. The weighing tank discharges the aluminum powder into the bottom mixing tank, where a certain amount of water is first added. The rotating blades thoroughly mix the falling aluminum powder with water. Upon receiving the discharge signal, the butterfly valve at the bottom opens, transferring the mixed solution into the casting tank, marking the end of one discharge cycle.
