AAC MOLD OILING MACHINE GS1-H
This equipment is a fully automatic high-speed oiling machine. Once parameters are set, it can perform the oiling work automatically without manual operation. It automatically recognizes the mold box for precise positioning and uniformly covers the entire interior of the mold box with a small amount of mold release oil, significantly improving the efficiency of applying mold release oil. The device uses a centrifugal oiling method for operation, which is highly efficient, with the working time for each mold not exceeding 30 seconds.
WORK PROCESS
Once the mold boxis in place, the lifting system lowers the oiling machine's base frame from the starting position into the interior of the mold. Upon reaching the specified point, the turn table begins to rotate, the oil supply system delivers oil, the base frame descends, and the walking and lifting actions proceed to evenly apply the oil provided by the oil supply system to the various surfaces of the mold box in a segmented manner. After the oiling is completed, the oiling machine's base frame rises and returns to the starting position before releasing the mold box, waiting for the next oiling operation.
