TRAYLESS PACKAGING LINE

This product is a trayless packaging line that uses a combination of rotating fixtures and brick-drawing grippers to stack blocks,ensuring that each stack of blocks has forklift slots for easy handling.It is then subjected to vertical bundling in both vertical and horizontal directions by a trayless packaging machine,achieving trayless transportation of blocks.

WORK PROCESS

Intelligent control initiates the process by having the rotating gripper pick up an entire stack of blocks and place a portion of the stack onto the brick-drawing conveyor line. The brick-drawing .gripper then removes some blocks from the conveyor line and places them onto the finished product packaging conveyor. The rotating gripper places the remaining blocks onto the finished product packaging conveyor, where they are combined with the previously drawn blocks to form a stack with forklift slots. The primary function of the packaging machine is to perform verticalbundling in both vertical and horizontal directions on the block stack, completing the trayless packaging process for the blocks.
