Jutone has long been committed to the principle of "enhancing efficiency through technology to liberate the workforce."Our R&D team,after two years of research,project initiation,development, and testing,and after validating dozens of solutions,has launched the AAC Automatic Mesh Weaving Workstation.
This workstation is equipped with multiple functions such as automatic feeding of clips,automatic grasping and positioning of frames,automatic changing of frames,automatic clipping,automatic circulation of mesh panels,and automatic mesh weaving.It is also compatible with all types of clips and mesh panels,truly achieving automation in all aspects of the mesh weaving process.
This workstation utiizes a variety of artificial intelligence algorithms,employing multiple robots,SCARA four-axis robots,vision capture imaging systems,disordered automatic precision picking systems,and automated material distribution technology,as well as a range of control systems and advanced algorithms.Moreover,depending on the configuration,it also includes automatic bit changing,automatic dust removal,and oil application for steel bits,achieving comprehensive automation in networked operations.
Born out of necessity·Creating the new creation
Previously, the variety of buckles and mesh pieces required for networking was vast, leading to frequent changes, low efficiency, high error rates, significant labor requirements, difficulty in recruitment, and cramped operating spaces. Long-term work in high-temperature and high-intensity environments also posed potential occupational health risks, causing significant distress for companies. In response to these issues, Jutone officially launched the AAC Automatic Networking Workstation, which offers one-click operation and fundamentally solves the problems that have been troubling enterprises.

The workstation employs a vast array of artificial intelligence algorithms, multiple imported robots, SCARA robots, vision capture systems, disordered automatic picking systems, and automated material distribution technology, as well as various control systems and sophisticated algorithms.

This workstation operates with only 2-3 people needed throughout the entire process, saving the labor currently responsible for tasks such as button pressing, mesh hanging, scale adjustment, dust cleaning, and bit changing, thus eliminating the need for the original demand of twenty to thirty workers.
