The equipment uses a roller brush method to evenly and finely apply a small amount of oil to the mold surface, forming an oil film. It operates non-stop, 24/7 throughout the year, and can replace the work of multiple people, significantly improving work efficiency. The roller brush method is low-carbon, environmentally friendly, and does not pollute the workshop environment.

WORK PROCESS

Intelligent control is utilized; once the work begins, the mold is conveyed to the designated position of the equipment via a traction device. The roller brush is automatically lowered into the mold to start the uniform brushing. After the brushing is completed, the roller brush is automatically retracted. The entire process is controlled intelligently without the need for manual operation.
